Since 1986, I have represented commercial and residential property management companies and individual landlords and have developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in these areas. On numerous occasions, I have lectured to both real estate professionals as well as other attorneys on landlord tenant issues. I currently represent over 26 different commercial and residential property management companies and over 60 different multi-family housing communities in Arkansas. Through the Arkansas Apartment Association for the last 10 years, I have published the Redbook, which is a guide for residential landlords to manage their property. The Redbook contains over 400 pages of articles, letters, notices, statutes, laws and forms specially written for use by the residential landlord.
